Printing Techniques

All our products are printed and produced using a method of digital printing. This form of printing ensures that images created on screen are replicated identically on the various printing materials. This process creates super vivid prints for both indoor and outdoor use.

What is Dye-Sublimation

Dye-sublimation works by penetrating the surface of the substrate with ink. Man-made materials such as nylon, certain plastics, and polyester fabrics contain polymers that when heated, enable the bonding of ink.

Dye-sublimation printing yields beautiful and permanent colors that are embedded in the substrate or fabric, rather than printed on the surface. Images on fabric won’t fade or crack even after multiple washings. Images on hard substrates will not chip, peel or scratch.

The Benefits of Eco-Solvent Ink

Eco-solvent inks have their colours suspended in a mild biodegradable solvent, which means that the ink has virtually no odour as they don’t contain as many volatile organic compounds. This offers a great advantage for products that are meant to be used inside as they wont carry strong print smells or odors.
