Quick Assembly Guide:
- Unpack all the parts.
- Connect all the poles together.
- Insert the connected pole into the sleeve of the fabric banner until the tip of the rod reaches the very end.
- Secure the fabric banner to the base of the pole using the fabric loop located on the bottom of the pole sleeve .
- Adjust the knob up and down until the fabric banner holds the shape but not too tight.
- Inset the assembled feather banner and pole into the base connector and keep the base rotating.
