• Connect all the poles together.
• Insert the connected pole into the sleeve of the fabric banner until the tip of the rod reaches the very end.
• Secure the fabric banner to the base of the pole using the fabric loop located on the bottom of the pole sleeve .
• Adjust the knob up and down until the fabric banner holds the shape but not too tight.
• Inset the assembled feather banner and pole into the base connector and keep the base rotating.
