How to Track Your Order

Check Your Email Confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email notification.

1. Look for an email with subject line: "Your Order Has Shipped"
2. Open the email to find your tracking number
3. Click the tracking number link in the email body
4. You'll be redirected to the carrier's tracking page for real-time updates

Note: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

Track Via Your Account

Access tracking information anytime through your Lush Banners account.

1. Visit lushbanners.com
2. Log in with your email and password
3. Click My Orders in your account dashboard
4. Locate your order and click Track Order

View Detailed Tracking Information

From the My Orders page:

1. Your tracking number will be displayed
2. View current shipment status (Processing, Shipped, In Transit, Delivered)
3. Click "View on FedEx" or carrier link for:
   • Real-time location updates
   • Delivery confirmation
   • Detailed transit history
