HOW TO MANAGE YOUR ORDERS

Access Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is your order control center.

1. Visit lushbanners.com
2. Log in with your email and password
3. Click My Account → Dashboard

Here you’ll see your saved designs, quotes, and orders in one place.

View Your Orders

See all current and past orders in one place.

1. Click My Orders in the dashboard
2. Orders are listed from newest to oldest
3. Look at the Order Status in blue text to see progress
4. Product statuses also appear under each product name

Review & Approve Your Proof

Get more information about each order and approve your design to move forward with production.

1. Click the View Details and Action Items button for:
   • Shipping & billing details
   • Downloadable invoices
   • Designer comments & order history
2. Click the Review Your Proof button to approve your proof.
3. If changes are needed, use Add Comment to request edits

Note: Production starts only after your proof is approved.

Track Your Shipment

Follow your order once it’s on the way.

1. From My Orders, click Track Order
2. View real-time shipping status and tracking details
3. Follow your package from our facility to your door

Complete Payments

Finish your order securely.

• If payment is pending, a pink Payment Request tab will appear
• Click Pay Now to complete your payment through our secure portal.
