What is a Limited Lifetime Warranty?
A limited lifetime warranty is limited to just the specified parts, certain types of defects, or other conditions. A limited warranty can mean virtually anything the manufacturer decides, so it is important to fully understand the meaning of “limited” and read all the details.
Lush Banners’ Limited Lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- (1) Physical damage to this Product;
- (2) Damage caused by improper installation, improper or abnormal use, misuse, neglect or accident (including but not limited to purchaser/user transporting this Product);
- (3) Damage caused by non Lush Banners® Parts.
- (4) Consumable and Accessory Items, including but not limited to Complimentary carrying bag/case, water bags, spotlight, plastic end caps.
- (5) Problems arising from other than defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, and rust caused by moisture.
- (6) Other Items requiring periodic maintenance repair, refill or replacement with ordinary wear and tear,
- (7) Claims on customized graphics and parts reported after 48 hours of receipt of Product,
- (8) Claims on color fading, wrinkles on flags, or minor scratch or spots on the Products.
- (9) Claims on occasionally missed or uneven stitched lines.
This warranty is VOID if this Product has been altered or modified in any way.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Simply navigate to our website and click “Submit a Claim” under the support tab in our navigation bar.
Then, fill out all the information, upload your images and submit! We will review your claim internally and be in touch within 24-48 business hours.
