- Width: Standard 10ft width aligns with most 10x10ft and 10x20ft booth footprints. For larger or custom booth sizes, multiple panels can be used side by side.
- Style: Consider your brand palette and booth design. Choose from our 24 available colors.
- Padding: Add Ultra Step Polyurethane Padding beneath the flooring for extra added comfort during long show days.
- Quantity: Calculate your total booth square footage and factor in the 10ft standard width to determine the number of panels needed.
- Artwork: Provide your design files in a vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution raster file (300 dpi or higher). Our team will review your artwork for color accuracy and print readiness before production. Logo files, brand guides, and PMS color codes are all helpful to include.

Installation Guide
- Receive and unpack the flooring from shipping package.
- Lay the panels flat in your booth space, starting from the back wall and working toward the entrance.
- If using padding, lay the Ultra Step Polyurethane Padding first, then place the vinyl flooring on top.
- Smooth out any rolls or creases by walking the panel flat from one end to the other.
- For multi-panel booths, align panel edges neatly and secure seams if required.
- Position booth furniture and displays on top of the flooring.
Artwork Orientation Note: Confirm the correct facing direction of your design before installation; directional logos and layouts must be oriented correctly relative to the booth entrance.

Taking Care of Your Exotic Hardwood Flooring
Dye-infusion carpet is designed for durability and multi-show reuse. The color is part of the fiber structure, so it won't peel or surface-fade with normal use and care.
- Vacuum before and after each show to remove debris
- Spot clean stains promptly with a damp cloth and mild, pH-neutral carpet cleaner
- Blot — do not rub — when treating spills
- Allow carpet to dry completely before rolling for storage
- Roll loosely — do not fold — and store in carpet bags in a dry location
- Inspect for wear or edge fraying before each show
- Avoid harsh solvents — they can affect the dye-infusion color accuracy over time
