THE POSITION:
- This position is on-site and full time. We are looking for candidates to work and grow with us for 3+ years.
- The mission of this role is to create great designs for clients and internal projects, fulfill orders and consult leads on time, and provide excellent customer experiences and lead conversions.
- You will work in a fast-paced office environment and communicate directly with the team & clients daily.
- This position requires sound Graphic Design (Illustrator) knowledge, excellent communication, and project management skills.
- Growth opportunities: You will work for a well-established and fast-growing eCommerce company with plenty of career advancement opportunities: Senior Designer, Lead Designer, Manager, and even Partner based on your job performance, capabilities, talents, and ambitions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain a deep understanding of our products, arrange and host virtual consultations, answer incoming phone calls, online chat, and email inquiries knowledgeably and confidently.
- Follow up with sales leads promptly and provide good solutions.
- Assist clients in creating digital printing artwork files and mockups as required. (Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.)
- Check artwork file quality, correct issues, and approve orders for production.
- Monitor turnaround time, assist with shipping, and resolve product or service problems in a timely manner.
- Create templates, images, and videos for website, promotion or social media use.
- Help train junior fellow members & the virtual team.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist seasonal office, warehouse, websites, marketing or sales tasks as assigned by management.
- Periodically provide suggestions to improve products and service quality. Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing client needs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES & EXPECTATIONS:
- 3+ years solid industry experience in trade show exhibits & events, large-format signs, printing, or marketing/advertising required.
- Great graphic design, 3D mockup (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and Google Suite skills are required.
- Must have a positive, "can-do" attitude, eager to learn and grow.
- Must be highly organized, a strong multi-tasker, and great attention to detail.
- Be productive and perform well in a fast-paced office environment.
- Trade show event project management, sales, HTML, CSS, and video editing skills are a plus.
- Speaking Spanish is a plus.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
- Flexibility to stand or lean over a waist-high table to inspect, install or pack packages.
- Sitting or standing at a desk for up to 8 hours a day
